Do you ever call your vendors

I have booked both my RH and my photographer but I never really contact them. Is there really any reason to?

I want to know more about my photographers work...like editing and re touching so should I call or just email them?

we dont really call them unless a question comes up...but emailing them is probably just as good. i didnt even think about emailing them personally, but it may eliminate the the whole 'phone tag' factor, which we have had to deal with a few times.

lol, i only email my RH every so often. But he don't respond.. lol i sent him an email saying Happy Holidays & Happy New Year.

I email questions to them when I have them. If you have nothing to ask, you can just call and say that you are excited to be using them for your wedding and thanks in advance.

i talk to my BM at my RH pretty often- shes really great. we email each other alot. i keep in contact w/ my other vendors here & there- not that often.

They send me a bill for my installment payments and send them a check. That's pretty much it.

I always email when I have questions. Always good to have things documented. I store all of the emails between me and the RH in a folder on my computer.

i store them too and some i printed out and put in my folder just in case
