I mean, trust me, I have heard people go through worse on here. I just don't understand it. And you know we are having one of the least complicated weddings!

Absolutely! My father is especially is causing me stress and I feel like sometimes I have to just walk away and let things roll off my back since he is paying for the reception which si the bulk of all our costs!

I feel for you! I have already cried this morning. Both my family and my FH family want to be very involved in everything, which is fine, but I have had no say in this wedding. One of MOH told me she will only wear black (only color she is comfortable in), so all the girls are in black. MY MOH's in a different dress that they picked out but now do not like, so have changed it again. I finally told both of our parents that we do not want the wedding anymore and would much rather have just our immediate familys watch us get married. They told me no, that the deposits are down and whats done is done. Then went on to say this is supposed to be the happiest time of my life, but I don't feel that way, I am just stressed out about the whole thing. I'm not even in the same state right now, so I really have had no choice. Sorry girls, I'm just very cranky right now. I def. understand your stress. I hope it gets better for you!!

It seems like they have no clue what I go through on a day to day basis - they are selfish sometimes!

Exactly, when I started freaking out on my father he went on to say, 'it looks like the wedding is really stressing you out and it shouldn't. Your getting married'

I wanted to scream. I was like 'I was fine until you freaking called' Well i didn't say that, but felt it.

You are so right! Recently I said out loud 'I am so glad they live in FL and we're planning this by ourselves!' We had a little drama about having bagpipers. It's still not settled.
Ugh!
