I do, I just went for a cleaning a couple of weeks ago and the hygenist said i have the cleanest teeth she had seen for a while and that my flossing is OUTSTANDING!! on the down side I had to have 5 cavities done on the same side and two on the other side.. DAMM CANDY....

Actually I used to be bad with this but ever since I had root planing and scaling (not pleasant) when I was diagnosed with gingivitis - I floss nightly. It's amazing how much you miss with just brushing alone. icky.

I was told by my denstist to always floss, so I try to do it once every few days. I don't do it daily though.

My dentist told me to calm down on the flossing, I was flossing my gums away
