do you go to the gym??

I woke up this morning at 8 to go and fh insisted that i stay in bed and ***............

I wanted to recommit and now I feel so lazy.

what's your gym schedule?

My gym schedule is making a monthly donation to Lucille Roberts and saying ' ill go tomorrow' but never do.

I don't go to the gym--I am prob going to join after the new year, but on the weekdays I try to get up early and work out, otherwise I will do it right when I get home
It is very hard to wake up early, but once you get back into it, it will be easier

the hardest part is getting there.. once i'm there i'm fine.

i usually try to go whenever i can. i have my gym clothes in the car so i have no excuse to go home first. i try to go straight to the gym right after work

i don't blame you for this morning.. with the weather... i can't seem t get motivated.

yes you have to go straight from work!! i agree with the last post!!! i would never go if i come home!!

Pretty much same here, although I have been going the past week, but that is the first time in forever.

I'm not a fan of the gym... I like aerobics, so I go to jazzercise and I try to go every single day after work at 6pm. If I don't go straight there, it's hopeless, lol

I don't go to the gym.....I have all this exercise crap at home but i can't get motivated to do it more than for a couple of days =(

I really don't have time. I work in Brooklyn and don't get home until 7pm. Dinner, an hour of tv and bed.

I do have a Lucille Roberts membership. It takes 15 minutes to get there and then u have to wait forever for a machine.

that is the one I go to!! there are quite a few on the island, I think you can go to jazzercise.com and see all their locations. it is the best thing ever, I swear by it!!!!

I go to the gym but unfortunetly it is basketball season and I coach cheerleading at my school so I do not go as much as I would like, so once the end of January comes I will be there 5 times a week until the day of my wedding and fh is getting me a nutritionist for x-mas

I want to try Jazzercise. There is one by me in Hicksville but honestly i have no corridination, will i make a fool out of myself...lol I love kickboxing but when i try step i am all over the place!! lol

I don't think that you will make a fool of yourself. Jazzercise is not for professionals. It may take a little getting used to, but I have seen plenty of people struggle with some routines, but if they stick to it, they get it. Give it a try! Its a lot of fun. Unfortunately, there aren't any locations close to me (glen cove), so i don't go now.

It takes about a month to really get it and then it is SOOOO much fun. Everyone was new at one time so no one makes you feel uncomfortable!!!

I am getting bored of the gym i need to try something else. i am going to look into it.
