Do you have a copy of your limo contract??

I booked with Atlantis two months ago and they never sent me my contact (in Cali) and I have called them and emailed them about 10 times already asking for a copy. They keep saying okay, but it has been over two weeks since we last spoke and I STILL dont have a contact.

This is so stupid! Anyone else have this problem??? If they cant send out a contract, how can I trust them on the day of my wedding.

Have them fax you over a copy or mail you one.

Me, too. I suggest that you have FH pic it up for you (I assume he's in NY), or have them fax you a copy, as well as mail you yours.

Did you pay by credit card or check? Did they send you a contract to sign? I would send them a certified letter and request a copy of the contract.

If you have someone here I would ask them to go down and get a copy of the contract. Not to say that you'll have problems, but you should definitely have your contracts, for everything , with you on your wedding day. Little problems you don't expect can occur and having the contract is extremely helpful. I would call them and tell them to fax you a copy immediately or you will take your business elsewhere. That might make them move quicker!

The only problem with that would be if she put down a deposit. If she takes her business elsewhere, she forfeits the $... however, that's what it says on the contract, and since she didn't get one, I think she should get her $ back, if need be.

I booked over the phone & had it sent to me. I am using All Star.
Do you have a fax #. They may do it quicker if they can just fax it to you.

Thanks everyone. No, no one can pick it up - my FH lives in Cali too and my mom is a brat. I have contacted numerous times. I think I will give them a dew more days and then I will call and AGAIN.
