anyway going this sat for a consultation for hair/makeup for my eshoot... (at a salon that just opened by my house....its very trendy and cute and the online reviews are great!!)
makeup is $75 for application..is that reasonable? and for hair i want to figure out if i should get extensions or not.
anyway point of thread is.....are u a hair salon whoree like me or are you faithful to your hair person?
oh and is $75 good for m/u?

I've been going to my hair person since I was like 15.......so yea I'd say I'm pretty loyal. And she'll be doing my hair for the wedding too
Yup, I'd say $75 for makeup is reasonable.

I too go anywhere based on recommendations but this new lady I found I really like and she is local!
I think 75 is reasonable! I paid 100 for my trial!

ive been going to FH's aunts salon for like 6 years (since before i knew FH lol). people ALWAYS ask me if i just cut my hair even if i cut it like 3 months ago.

i ALWAYS go to Lush Salon, i used to bounce around until i found someone that totally gets my hair lol sounds dumb but so true, i love Grace there!!
umm most of the salons that i looked at for mu application (no airbrush) were about 55

my BFF is a hair stylist.... she does my hair in her kitchen! totally loyal!
&& $75 seems reasonable for me.. i remember paying close to $100. for the makeup for my sisters wedding

I was faithful to one girl for like 7 years then she started cutting my hair cockeyed so I left. From then I must have tried at least 5 different places and was never happy. They usually screw up the color. Anyway I finally found my current girl and have been going to her for a few years though I strayed once and had my hair ruined and had to go to her to have her fix it. Never again am I leaving. I've learned my lesson.

I have been going to the same hair stylist and nail tech since 1998. I can't cheat...lol....sometimes I want to because their prices are sooooooo high and my friends pay so much less at theirs but I cant seem to do it. I love my stylist...lol

lol, I've been going to the same person my ENTIRE life... its my mother.. lol
for my jr prom I went to my friends aunts hair salon and had someone there do my hair... to this day (um 10 years ago) my mother STILL reminds me that I had someone else do my up-do.. which my mother will admit she can't do an up-do for her life! but for my prom she had her co-worker do it... she bumped into said co-worker recently and they offered to do my hair for my wedding... but i don't want her to do it, her style is different then what I want.

I am a loyal girl!!! I have been going to the same salon for 7 years. She is doing my hair for the wedding!!!!
$75 is reasonable for makeup I believe that is how much my salon charges!!

I used to be a salon *****...but then I learned my lesson. I have now been with the same stylist for 4 years. FH put me onto her, he's been with her since he was 15.
