I am so bad with heights, flying, crossing bridges (definite phobias)

Major fear of spiders, actually almost all bug type things ewwww.

Heights.... and it was flying but after the flight I had back from vegas.. in a lightening storm.. i have no more fear...

I am deathly afriad if dyeing and of being in any sort of pain. I cannot handle pain at all and so I find a spend a large part of my life fearing if I were to be huer in an accident or something else. I am also afraid to speak in public..I have dropped classes in college due to oral reports but yet I teach..weird.

but my biggest phobia of all time.... CLAUSTROPHOBIA!!!!!!!

I cannot even ride an elevator anymore. Can hardly get on the train. It has become so bad!

Spiders and claustrophobia! Fire also is a bad one -when that R.I. club fire happened, I was freaked out for weeks thinking about what those people went through...

I fear dyeing because I like many others are not sure what to believe what is on the 'other side'. I dont want to leave the people I love or who love me. I fear the way I am going to die. Although I have to admit, since my moms fi passed away, I feel better knowing that He will be the one to welcome me when my day comes..before that, I never really had anyone THAT CLOSE to me die before. This is all JMO.

I am petrified of heights. Though I love flying and I love a window seat.

I hate rollar coasters, I go on them but i hate that going up feeling and that going down feeling. I feel like I am going to fall out.

oh snakes. I am so creaped out by snakes.

I am scared of riding the motorcyle next to a tracker trailer. We lost a friend to an 18 wheeler and ever since I am so scared to ride anywhere near those things.

I think my fear is not so much dying, but of the unknown. My mother tells me it's just this stage in my life and that her and my father both went through it, and as they got older and had kids and saw more people pass on, the fear subsided, but for now, it's just something I fear terribly.

I'm with you Heather! I hate clowns I also have an unusual fear of Steve dying. Sometimes if the fear is really gripping me I won't let him leave the house for fear of an accident!! He of course thinks I'm crazy I say to him maybe I got preggo on the first try for a reason

I have a fear of PAIN... not regular pain... I have tattoos & such... I mean the kind of pain that can kill you. That's the only one.

FH on the other hand is afraid of death, spiders, speaking, heights, climbing, flying, being a passenger (he always has to drive or he throws up from fear of getting into an accident), rejection... I know there's more, but you get the idea!

I am deathly afraid of fish to the point where I will have an asthma attack, pass out, throw up, hyoerventilate or cry.

Like xJulietx, I am also afraid of rape. I freak out when I see movies where it's happening. Especially of guys getting raped, I completely freak...Like on that show OZ.

I am also pertirifed of catching a disease.

Plus my getting robbed OCD...with teh whole lockign of the doors thing...

CLAUSTROPHOBIA!!!! the worst for me is very overcrowded rooms that are very loud (like clubs/bars/restaurants)

I've always had real fear of fire - even when I was really little - it's as if I survived some bad accident when I was little or something!! I make sure everything is off in my house before I leave - sometimes I check a few times! (neurotic, i know)

I'm really afraid of elevators. We have one in our building and I won't go in it without DH I'll carry all my groceries up the stairs byself if I have to - he thinks I'm nuts!

Stacey - I'm like that too at times - paranoid to let DH go too far away from me!! To be honest, it got much worse after 9/11. Not too surprising considering how close to home that was for all of us.

i am afraid of bugs but esp Moths and butterflies. Everyone thinks I am nuts.

Like Tracy I wont walk on those grate things.

And I am afraid that FH is going to die in a car accident.

I am very afraid of fires
My neighbors house went on fire 2 summers ago and i woke up to a house full of smoke I thought it was mine we sleep on the second floor and for a year i slept downstairs on my couch in FEAR that i wouldnt be able to get out if my house was on fire I am doing much better these days
