of your name change or once you get your new SS card they automatically start sending bills in the mail with your married name on them? A friend of mine told me that once she got her new SS card, the CC companies just started sending her bills in her married name without notifying them.

It's great tho when you start getting your CC bills in your new name, it's the one time you're happy to see a bill come in the mail!!!!!!!

So far, I've just had to call for credit cards... I had to mail/fax to change my name on my frequent flier/hotel point cards though.
