I haven't decided yet. I want to go braless bcuz it's so much more comfortable but we shall see at my fitting what i decide to do.

I'm gonna need a strapless bra, or else make sure the dress is SUPER tight up top

I want to try and have something in there to keep my insulin pump slipped to...I think we are going to sew something in

I'm like a 32A so they need to sew something in there to help me out :) Either padded cups or a long line bra if the lines won't show.
