I got married at the RH and did not invite the Rabbi to stay for the reception. I did invite him to stay for CH and have a drink if he wanted, but he didn't.
If you don't know the officiant, you don't need to invite him or her.

we are going to be inviting ours since it's FH's old teacher from highschool/seminary and he's known him for a while. If he does plan to come, I would also like for him to do a blessing before we eat.
