do you know a House inspector/engineer?

Can anyone recommend a house inspector/engineer who is good and does termite inspections? I need it desperately and I don't want to just pick a name from the yellow pages. Thanks.

We used Brian Moraghan, he was recommended by another bride on this board. He was great. Our real estate agent said she hadn't seen such a complete inspection in years. His number is 631 666-2019.

Hello bride2003
Is it inappropriate to recommend myself?
Check out my info in the Real Estate section of Wedding Services page. Contact me if you have any questions.

Whatever you decide, make sure you find a licensed Professional Engineer...NOT A HOME INSPECTOR !!!

Good luck.
