There is nothing to make it go away except time. I would suggest concealer and ice right away

My leg...walked into the corner of a desk. I have a party this weekend and planned to wear a dress but the black n blue is hidious looking!

Ice and heat....also massage the area (it will hurt) to help your body absorb it faster.
