Do you like this as a TY Picture? UPDATED

DH and I are 50/50 on this picture...... Would this be suitable for a wallet-size TY pic?

I wanted a picture of us closer up, smiling AT the camera - but unfortunately I couldn't find one that I loved. There's one, but I'm not wearing my veil, and I'd really like to have my veil in the pic.

So - what do you think of this one? Is it too far away for a wallet-size? Does it matter we're not facing the camera?

Should I keep looking? (Can you tell I'm a very indecisive person? )

UPDATE: 2nd Picture was my other option.....this is how it would look in the sleeve of the card. (I don't have the original on this computer, so this is what DUET sent back to me) Not sure how I feel about this pic - it's a nice shot, but, eh.... pretty basic and plain right?

Didn't mention my other concern - so you think it's ok that you can't really see my face? These will be sent to some people in FH's family that couldn't make it and I've never met - is it conceited of me to care that they won't really see what I look like?

Other than that, I love the picture...

I don't think it is conceited to want your face to be visible in the picture, I think seeing your faces gives the people who didn't make it the feeling that they have met you or can get to know you, without seeing your face you are almost a nameless random bride to them.

I think the picture is beautiful, but I would try to find a tighter shot, and possibly one where you can see your faces better. I think your avatar picture is beautiful and could work in the TY card.

I love the pic but my one concern is it this light? It looks brigth and beautiful but so much so that your dress seems almosta blob of light with no definition if that makes sense. As a large wedding portait for your home this is GORGEOUS but I think if you shrink it to a wallet it might almost seem 'fuzzy' if that makes sense.

But otherwise, LOVE this pic. We had the same concern with using pics for our TYs where you couldnt see our face but said screw it. We liked the pic we used.

i like!

i think people tend to send more of the 'photojournalistic' type pictures than the portrait ones nowadays.. just what i noticed from the ones we've received...
