mine so far has been good...he was easy to work with! But i do have to say i called a month or so ago and asked him a ? on upgrades and he wasnt as friendly and he rushed me off the phone!
But other than that too this point im happy

We like ours - though we haven't really dealt with him a lot. I'm sure we'll be talking to him a lot more as our wedding gets closer.

didn't really love him the first time we went. but i never had a problem with them when i called for questions and every visit went smoothly. they were phenonmenal the day of, i cannot say enough good things.

My BM was amazing....I adored him. I also adored my MD! And my bridal attendant...Honestly, I'd have a hard time deciding who worked harder and who I loved the most!
