I don't think you absolutely have to, but many places request it. I will have mine for my hair trial, which I need to schedule for sometime within the next 2 weeks! I still don't know how I want to wear my hair... oh boy.

I just talked to my hairsylist the other night and she said she wants me to have it for the trial.

It's nice to have it so you get to see it all together but it's not necessary.

depends on the stylist - usually its better to have it so there are no surprises on the big day

I just had my hair trial on Saturday and I didn't have a headpeice. I had no clue what I wanted to do with my hair so I was afraid to buy anything. But now that I know what my hair will look like I'll be out there looking for something for my hair!!!.
