do you own a designer bag / purse?

Oh Boy! And here I thought saying that I have two Nine West bags was going to make me look cool!!!!

I have a Coach wallet thingie...It was a gift. I wanted it and I love it...I can't really see spending boat loads of money on bags...But I guess everyone has their vice.

I do have a closet full of designer shoes that I happened to come to be the owner of...

Oh and I have a nice car

I'm not really into the 'names' per se but, it just seems that all the bags I ever like are super expensive...

prada's been my favorite for a long time and so I have a bunch of prada bags and wallets, i have a LV, Kate spades, fendi and a coach briefcase too... But, right now, I'm trying to convince my DH to buy me the Gucci bag with the bamboo clasp but, at almost $900...its not happening. which ones do you girls have/like any ideas?

also, not to spin this thread but, i really want a bag that is like a briefcase but fits my laptop for work. i have a coach one but its so 'work' like. What do you girls use for work? Any suggestions?

You should get a LeSportSac! Their not really, designer, like LV, some department stores have them, and they are nylon, I think, a little on the casual side, but I love mine!

The Filene's Basement on 6th Ave in the 20s has a LOAD of LeSportSacs and you can get the LAMB ones on eBay... I think Macy's sells 'em too.

Let's see...for my Bat Mitzvah I got a coach bag and a dooney and boorke...way too young to appreciate them at the time. I was bored by them

I got a coach bag as a present from a professor I worked for my 1st year of grad school.

Other than that, I have a Kate Spade knockoff that I bought on Canal Street. They asked me whether or not I wanted them to stick the label on it!!

I'm not really that into handbags, so even if I had the money for the expensive bags, I don't think I would buy them. I like my 9 west and guess pocketbooks from macys.

I got both of mine at that Filene's. It is between 18th & 19th.

1 coach
and 1 fake Prada and 1 fake Burberry and a fake Coach clutch.

Im obsessed with bags and change them like underwear so I shop at Canal and get the fake-o's.
