We did because my Fg has her sister and mother in the BP. The RB's father is also in the ceremony so we paid for their outfits.

I did. My flower girl dress I got discontinued on clearance and paid VERY little for it so I didnt bother asking the mother to pay me back... she did offer though.
The RB I am paying for... b/c he is our son

Nope, the parents are paying for it. I have two FG and two RB. And they are already asking me when are they goin shopping because they are so excited!
I think its just proper etiquette they pay for their own. Just like BM pay for their dresses.

I was alittle scarted to tell her about it to. I told my aunt what the dress is and she went and got it and she paid for it. I can't afford that and the wedding.

It depends because I know my niece's parents are strapped for money and with another on the way, I'm not sure that they'll be able to afford it. Maybe go halfs?

I believe when you ask the parents if their children can be your FG and RB, they take into consideration that they will be footing the bill for the attire. Unless of course, you suggest otherwise.

We aren't because we can't afford it. It was very hard telling them though bc it's FH's 2 nieces and nephew.
