my limo company wants 100% payment 3 weeks prior - does everyons limo place do this?

Yes but I think it was like 2 weeks instead of 3.

my limo co wants final payment on the day of the wedding.

My family used to own a limousine company for almost 10 yrs and we used to require the balance to be paid in full at the beginning of the job.
