Re: DO YOU PEEP????????...
This is too funny! I really don't care for peeps. My mom loves them. I like to put em in the microwave and watch them get GIANT! And now, you have inspired me to mush. Next time I see them I will mush them and think of this thread!

Thanks djkatscan! Nice sign!
OMG- LMAO jan05....but what's with the last offspring smushy one. Not that I mind a good mushed peep....just curious.
Ladies and gentlemen, arm your Peeps! Turns out that aside from being Easter-basket staples, the sugarcoated marshmallow chicks also have a talent for Maryland's official sport: jousting. Just face two Peeps across a paper plate, equip each with a toothpick 'lance' and fire up the microwave. Within seconds, the Peeps will swell to enormous size, and one will pop the other. (Eating the valiant knights afterward is optional.) The origins of this bizarre activity are lost to history, but Web chroniclers started praising it about five years ago, and now sites such as www.phancy.com/peeps offer detailed instructions and photos. Meanwhile, a spokesman at manufacturer Just Born Inc., in Bethlehem, Pa., said that while people at the company can't -- for liability reasons -- condone jousting (think ruined microwaves and burnt fingers), they love that their consumers are so creative.
