I am having a huge wedding (unfortunately). I ordered 175 invites and some extra envelopes just incase i mess up. I am leaving myself with 13 extra invitations. We really dont have a b-list but just in case we are forgetting anyone we have 13 extra invites. Now I am wondering about the vendors? Do we have to send invites to them?

No I didn't send them invites. I don't consider them guest they are there to work.

Save one for your photographer in case they plan to use it in any shots. Have your MOH bring it or give it to your photog. before hand.

I did feed my vendors but I think thats a personal decision. My site charged us half price for their plates.

Yes you have to feed the vendors.They will be working for hours.

I will be feeding my vendors too! Make sure you speak with your caterer, they should have different prices for vendor meals.

Oh man I didn't realize I had to feed my vendors. Arrggh another expense. Anyway, I'll have to ask my caterer about that.

I think its best to feed the vendors. I mean they are there for hours. Like my photographer jeez he was with us for more than 8 hours.

I am feeding 12 vendors. A 9 piece band, the sound guy, the photographer and his assistant. They didn't get invites. But I did give one to our priest.

you should feed your vendors, they work & deserve a meal, they are usually half price anyway. Just think, would you like to work & not eat?

I'm not sending them invitations, but like posted earlier, will save one for pics, video, etc. . .
I think you should DEFINITELY feed your vendors. Halls will give you a discounted price for them.
