Every time I think I have 30 minutes where no one will call or bother me, I pop in the Crest White Strips. Is anyone else doing this at work? BTW, I am using the pro version (their strongest one) and it is burning my gums...but I don't care cuz no pain, no gain for the determined bride...right? Just thought I would share
UPDATE: I was eating my breakfast cereal this morning and the cold milk on my now sensitive teeth was quite unpleasant and when I brush my teeth, it hurts because my gums got burned from the peroxide BUT I will still be stripping today. Pain is weakness leaving the body.

I use the 5 minute strips and they still bother me. Any type of whitening strip really hurts my teeth. My friend's dad is a dentist and she told me teeth bleach makes your teeth really sensitive, which can explain my pain. They work wonders though!

lmaoooo.. i thought you meant strip close- when i worked at models we wore our work shirts over our normal clothes.. most of us hit the clubs on fri and sat nights so we'd wear our club clothes under... so of course after closing us girls would go in the back, climb onto the benches in footwear and 'strip' into our club clothes.
lmao-- now at work i 'strip' off my socks and shoes. i hate shoes!

this is not what i thought you were talking about!!!
about the burning, try using ACT flouride rinse every night before bed. it will help with the sensitivity! my dentist recommended it and since using it i have had no problems!

I used to use them but they hurt a lot. I might try them out again bc pain is ok as long as I get some nice teeth,

thats a good idea- cause i always forget to do it when i get home and there isnt a second when i'm drinking something or shoving food in my face! LOL
