Re: Do you take offense to
There were several people who we thought were absolute yeses, but got a no RSVP (no explanation either). Didn't take offense, but it's their loss.

Ditto, especially when there is no explanation!

Re: Do you take offense to
no not really the only ones that are offensive are the ones that said yes and then now with a month left are cancelling, or the ones i've had to harass for an answer and they say they have something else that day (a family wedding, a vaction etc) its offensive to me that they knew about this other commitment when i sent the invitation but couldnt be bothered to let me know until i had to hunt them down and harass for an answer. this sounds like a vent but people have worked my nerves this week like no other!

Re: Do you take offense to
i was a little offended by two of them. I really thought these poeple were going to come and when i got the no there was no explanation or anything so i was offended, but the other no's i have gotten so far i was expecting so didnt bother me.

Re: Do you take offense to
Not really a couple of them i pretty much knew were definate nos. However I did get offended when one of my closest friends said no, with the only explaination being she had other plans..... She knew about our wedding date for 2 years!

Re: Do you take offense to
I was upset with some of the no responses. Some guest wrote a note as to why they couldnt make it. Others just wrote no

A few, but I really didn't care. If you can't attend, you can't attend!
