I have been thinking about doing candelabra centerpieces... I found these at $25 a piece!! They are 14 inches high... do you guys think they are too short or small and will be in peoples way of talking at the table??
or should I maybe forget this idea and do a floating candle centerpiece??
I am not sure about the hight, but I really like the idea.

Where did you find them? They are beautiful! IMO, I think they would look great. Somtimes it's really hard to see the other people at the table because the CP is too high. What shape tables are you having?

I found them at http://galasource.com
The tables will be round... Im trying to think of a way to do less expensive cps... i just dont have the budget to spend a million bucks on floral cps... and i figure that these candelabras dont die like flowers...so they will be able to be resused!

We actually used those exact candelabras at our wedding and nobody had any complaints about them being in the way. We bought them at Fortunoff, and I think they were less than $25 each. We had the florist create a floral centerpiece for the middle. Here's a pic although it does not do it justice - they were gorgeous! Our guests were also very impressed that they got to take home the entire centerpiece - candelabra, candles and flowers. We had round tables.
