Do you think this could delay closing?UPDATED
We are supposed to close a week from today - 6/15 ![]()
The ONLY thing we are waiting on is a letter from our previous landlord from the building we lived in 2002-2003. My DH typed it up and sent it and all he has to do is sign it. The guy says he is 'very busy' and 'will get to it'.![]()
Hello! We need it for closing! All it states is that we paid our rent on time for a year, which we did!
We already got that same letter from our current landlord, so we are good on that end....just waiting on this guy! Do you think that 1 item - if he doesn't get back to us in time - could delay it? My DH told him we are closing next week.
We got it this morning! phew. now I can relax - a little- although not fully till we close!![]()
