Do you think this is tacky or would you do it too?(No pic but a description)

Hey ladies,

I found this on the web and thought it was soooo cute. But I don't want to do it if people think it's tacky. What do you think? I would do it for the thank you cards with a pic from the wedding.

It's too large. Let me resize...hold on.

Ok, I'm not getting any emails about resizing the pic. But I'll describe...I was thinking of doing those postage stamps that you can put a pic of you and your new DH (from the wedding) and put it on your thank you card envelopes. I thought that idea was kinda cute when I heard about it before. But then I didnt know if it was worth the extra money and same as you I thought it might be cheesy. Plus Im sure Id hate the way i looked

Hell would have to freeze over before my FH would ever do that. I think it's a cute idea, but border-line cheesy. JMHO

Ive seen them-they put your pic on a stamp basically-right? I think they are cute!

I just asked FH and he said 'it's all just money, that will take away from $$$ we could spend for our honeymoon'

I was planning to do that.. but I changed my mind I think I wouldn't do that cause it cost extra money and some people won't keep the invitation.

it depends on what kind of affair you are having and what message you want to send to the guests

i think its a great idea for a baby or an engagement party even, but for a wedding, i think it would take avay from the elegance of the invitation. just my opinion though!!

personally...when i get mail from friends or family or even invitations...i don't even bother looking at the postage stamp...i'm too excited to see what's inside the envelope! You should save your money.

i think its a cute idea... but sort of a waste of money... people don't usually notice the postage stamp... and even if they did, its not really something they would save.... i say save the money and put it towards something else that you or your guests would notice more
