Do you think this is too much??

I have asked my BM's already to be BM's.
We are having an engagement party April 23, 2005.
Wedding is June 29, 2006.
I am not a millionare, but want to know if it'd be too much to get my girls a little something to give them at the engagement party.

A little something, like a small gift bag with a few pampering things.

Any suggestions??

I saw these initial notecards at Target that were really cute. You could do a little giftbag of cutsie stuff for the gals! Have Fun!

I am sure if you make it personal- with maybe a picture of you both together or something- it would mean more than the $$$.

At my engagement party- i did something likt this too and i also gave them a 'bridesmaid' angel on my shoulder pin. they loved it and they all wore them at my shower and anytime we do wedding stuff.

I like those ideas. Where did you get the pin from? One thing I want to get, not sure if I will get it now or for the wedding is the Ford Motors Breast Cancer Awareness Scarf sold at Bloomies. They are only $35 and 80% of the proceeds go to Breast Cancer research.

One inexpensive but special idea is to take pics of the relationship and make a book on www.mypublisher.com -- only 20ish dollars.

You're getting married on my birthday

We gave our attendants one of our engagement pics. They were wallet sized. I purchased small frames at Michael. They cam out very nice.

If you wanted to put together a pampering bag, you could choose a theme (like pedicure) and get some cute little things and put them in a pretty zip bag. That would definately be very nice.

what about a gift cert. for a pedicure.. or a mani- they are cheaper.
