Do you think this would be appropriate to put in the invitations?
Since I am getting married so freakin early, we should be at the BVYC by 10am for pics. I am getting there at 9:30. So this is what I thought.
Just for immediate family Mom/Dad/Siblings/Grandparents (Aunt/Uncle/Cousins-optional)
I was going to include a little white card in the invite (made myself) telling my family to please arrive by 9:30 for pics..breakfast to be served. And the same to his family but change the time to 10:30.
Do you think it is incredibly rude of me to ask people to get there at a certain time for pics? My Grandma would hop a ride with my Aunt and Uncle and they live in Jersey 1 hour 15 min away. (I can always ask them to come at 10:00)
Also, I am not having a cocktail hour. Something to consider.

Not rude at all. I think your family will end up appreciating the fact that they will get to enjoy the CH and the reception without being disturbed for pictures.
We did the same thing.

Jiff, you rude??? Never.
It's totally fine and I'm sure they will be more than willing to get there that early. Relax, it's all good.

I don't think it's rude at all. I think they will feel honored that you want them there at a special time for pics.

Not rude at all - In fact I think it is very thoughtful including times. I would just do word of mouth LOL
