Yes, you must tip those who deliver and set up.

We gave the delivery guy $25 and that was it..we didn't see any of the other people that set up at church or the hall.

What if your not at the catering hall at the time of delivery?? Do you leave it w/ the matre'd??

That's what we did - $25 to the guy that came to my house w/the boq's.

They also make a delivery to your house with the bouquets so I plan on tipping them then.
