Do You Tip for Free Services?
I got a
- free makeup session
- engagement session
Do I tip? how much do you usually tip?
FH and mother says Always tip on what you would have normally paid for the service.

Yes, I did tip for free makeup and hair trials....I tipped what I would have usually based on what the price would have been.

well my engagement photos were an engagement gift from my friend who is a photographer. But we actually got her a giftcard to B&H Photo to thank her.

if your happy with the service you should tip! i would say $20-50. ?!?! whatever your comfortable with i guess

Yes...I always tip for service unless it is dreadful.
Also, some places donate or give services away, but the technician may not get paid for it from the spa/salon... so basically they work for your tip.

It's a friend of mine. She is absolutely amazing!
