DO YOU TIP THE...

BANQUET MANAGER???

I will have a Maitre D' and a Bridal Attendant, neither of whom I met yet and know I will tip them BUT, all my dealings in the planning process has been with the Banquet Manager, who's been wonderful. Do I give her a cash tip or buy her a gift???

I don't think tipping a banquet manager is necessary, but every place is different. If you really loved her, I'm sure she would appreciate a gift.

My banquet manager actually gave us a gift!

Not planning on tipping, but will send flowers or some sort of token of appreciation.

I think a cash gift to a banquet manager is a conflict of intrest, but I give a little gift when I choose a hall if I am as pleased as many of you are already.
