my church charges $250 for music - do i have to tip the musicians? one of them is a 'normal' person the other is a brother in the church

We gave them 20 each and the alter servers the same.

We pay her $200!!!!!!!!!
She only playes like 5/6 songs...
Im sorry for $200 for 5songs i think its more than enough for her

We paid Church $500... and music...
No tip for Church...

I'd prob tip like her like $20-$25 unless you are 100% certain that she is getting that full $500.
