Do you tip the wedding gown seamstress?

Wasn't sure what to do??? Any thoughts...

I don't think so. Any weddings I've been in as a BM, I never tipped them. And you're already paying so much for alterations, I don't think there's a need to tip them.

I didn't! Never even crossed my mind... the alterations were so expensive already, she wasn't getting any tip on top of that.

Even though my alterations were pretty pricey my mom still tipped the seamstress at kleinfelds. We felt she went above and beyond to accomadate us and we loved her. She even steamed my vail which was not bought from them.
