I normally eat in the caferteria when i am working. i use to eat there food. Now i am going to start and bring my own lunch.

whatever I have in the freezer here. I do not go out cause there is nobody to cover me. So I either spend a bundle and order food in which sucks or do not eat for the day

I'm usually sitting right here eating my lunch so I dont miss anything on LIWs

Sometimes I bring lunch from home, sometimes I pick something up outside .. I try to take a walk for at least 1/2 though since I'm sitting on my fat arse too much as it is

I usually bring, eat at my desk between 12 and 1, then go out shopping from 1-2.

Well I have to crawl out of the basement for a little while every day or I would go nuts.

I ususally hop in the car and take the dog for a walk in the park, then actually grab lefover from the fridge and eat back at my desk. But I am OUT for 1 hr.

I bring my lunch in Monday-Thursday so Im at my desk. Friday I go out for lunch.

I usually go out. I need the break. Most palces around here you can't really eat at though, so I bring it back here , but I try to walk around a little. when I have more time I browse CVS or the GAP--we really need mroe stores around here.

I stay in. I eat at my desk actually.
Its a small office where we cant afford to have everyone out all the time. Its an option but, I choose to stay in. I eat better foods that way since I will bring it from home.

I stay in b/c I have no time to go out I run to the deli and back or order in.

I usually run to the cafe and eat before my lunch hour, then I either go to the gym or sit at my desk and do homework or wedding things (last week I compiled my guest list )

I bring lunch but I usually go out!! Can't stay at work for 8-10 hours kills me I need fresh air and a clear head!!

If my boss pays for my lunch then I stay and the days I go out and buy my own, then I can take a regular break which is why I usually dont leave.

I bring mine everyday except Friday. But I go and walk around or shop for 45 minutes and then come back and eat.

I stay shackled down in my cube.

I seriously need to start bringing lunch though because instead I sit and work and then I'm starving right around...NOW!
