This has probably been asked before, but i'm bored and i'm asking again

When the time comes to start a family, do you want to know if you are having a boy or girl? Or do you want to be completely surprised??

right now i'll say i want to be surprised, but knowing myself, when the time actually comes, i see myself wanting to know, this way we can plan ahead!

I definitely want to know with the first one. DH wants it to be a surprise but thats not happening!

Though it's still not full proof. I just heard that my cousin in Toronto had a baby and she was told the baby was going to be a girl ....well SURPRISE...it's a boy.

That's crazy. Imagine all of the pink stuff they must have!

Oh I definitely want to find out. I have to plan out the room, clothes, etc. Plus when you go to a shower and the mom doesnt know what shes having the end up with all yellow stuff.....lol

I've heard of this happening before...when they do the sono, the pee pee is tucked away, and they get it wrong...could you imagine? Having girls name and everything all picked out and here comes JR!

No I don't want to know. I like surprises like that. When I was younger I never peeked at christmas presents and as I got older my mom actually had me wrapping my own presents if they were in plain boxes and I never once looked. I have a feeling FH would like to know but I'll be carrying the baby so I have final say hahaha.

Actually my main reason for wanting to know is because i have seven nieces and my nephew is only 1 year old. So i have lots of experience with girls and none with boys. If i'm having a boy first then i want to do a lot of research!
