I think I saw the commercials for this, I too felt the shame.
But then I realized I really don't care about the drama that occurs inside a gym and that they needed to get a life and leave mine alone.

I LOVE that show, although I never know when it's on.
I used to be a personal trainer and have worked at several gyms. I like the training parts best, but am getting into the drama also.
She finally dumped her psycho girlfriend.

I watch it every once in a while. I get intrigued by people from other (some bad/some good) reality shows being on it. One trainer was on the Amazing Race. One client was on The Girls Next Door AND the Amazing Race.
