Do you wear your ring everywhere??

A colleague doesn't wear her ring to work b/c she is concerned something will happen on the subway. I told her turn it around no one will no the difference! I also told her than what is the point of having a ring when you don't wear it!

Its 3 karats I think, I didn't ask. But if you have it than wear it. That is what insurance is for.

The only time I don't wear it is to the gym because I'm afraid of knocking it into the equipment or something.
When I lived in Manhattan, I wore it everywhere, even on the subways...and I didn't even turn in around, maybe I'm too trusting, but the way I see it, even though it's a good size, it's hardly 'flashy' and there's definately lots of bigger ones in NYC.

I wear it all day, i have to take it off at night becasue i swell at night and I always wake up in the middle of the night and have to take it off anyway.

I wear it everywhere except bed. I also take it off while doing dishes.

I have to be honest, I am paranoid about the ring on the subway sometimes, and I keep my eyes peeled for scary looking people. When I see a person that I personally would perceive as a threat, I will move away from them or try and turn my ring around as unobtrusively as possible. Then I think that I might as well hang a sign around my neck that says 'I HAVE A DIAMOND RING. IT IS LARGE AND EXPENSIVE. WOULD YOU LIKE TO STEAL IT FROM ME?'

But then again I am a nervous Nellie and just about everything scares me in some fashion or another

I always have my ring on, unless I am sleepimg, showering or doing the dishes

I used to wear my e-ring everywhere except for the beach type places. But now I pretty much wear my w-ring and my e-ring is usually worn when we ar going out someplace.

Yep! I take it off at night or when I'm cleaning, otherwise its on my finger

I wear it all the time- even when doing dishes- showering.. I work in the city and I never turn it around but I've been working and living around the city forever so I guess I'm used to it- when I take the subways- the only other people on it are commuters like me :)

the only time I don't wear it is when I'm making meatballs.

Unfortunately, my ring is too big so I don't wear it all the time. I generally wear it during the day (and also on the subway) but don't wear it in the gym, shower, or doing chores. Sometimes I take it off when I'm on the computer because it slides around and gets annoying. I hope to have it resized soon!

I wear both everywhere!
I take them off to shower, or to clean & i don't wear my ering to bed, i may bang it, just my wedding band

Everywhere unless it involves cutting chicken or taking a shower. So that would be everywhere but the bathroom and kitchen, now wouldn't it?

Yep I love to wear it. Besides the earrings FH got me for xmas its the only jewelry I wear

It's funny, now that I'm married I take my e-ring off alot and just wear my wedding band. I usually wear both to work (including the subway) though.

me too. i always wear it when i'm at work or out, but i usually take it off when i get home because i'm cleaning, washing dishes, doing laundry, cooking, sleeping. i hate getting it all yucky.

i wear it all the time except for showering, cleaning and sleeping. i wear it everyday on the A/E train and have never had a problem.

I always wear mine...except to the beach...

but one day I left my ering off by accident...and someone at work noticed...I told her I forgot...she said the one time she forgot...her house was broken into and they stole her e-ring and w-band!!!

so if i do leave it off on purpose...I put it in a hiding place (not a jewelry box)

i wear it everywhere, but i take it off to put lotion on and cleaning the house.
