Re: Do you have your future children named already?

If we have a boy, he will most likely be named George after DH's father who passed away when he was a boy. None of his brothers stepped up to the plate and named their sons after him, so it's up to us!

Yes; actually since my FH has been overseas he has insisted on picking names and constantly talks about our future children

Boy: Dominick John
Girl: his choice: Emily Elizabeth
my choice: Sophia Rae

I like both girls names. Maybe you'll have 2 girls!
I like Lila Elizabeth, but I also like Amelia, Emily, Lily, Sophia & Sarah.

We are not sure about kids, so we haven't really discussed this, expect in the context of other peopel naming their babies.

Re: Do youhave your future children named already?

A girl we agree on... Sophia Anne. For his paternal grandmother and my mother.

We can't agree on a boy's name and we're NOT naming our child after his father (Elias) which is his family tradition, so at this point, our first son will be 'Hey You'. But his middle name will be my maiden name.

I've wanted Kayla for a girl for YEARS, but DH doesn't like it. So I told him if we have two girls, the second WILL be Kayla!

We have names we like, but nothing for certain....

for a Paul Richard (Paul for my grandpa who has passed and Richard is DH)
Richard Paul
DH wants to name him Ryne after a baseball player

Paige Allison? (P for Paul)
Madeline
Maggie
Lily Paige
Rebekah
Emma

ETA..I HOPE someone gets me a baby name book for the holidays!

yu dont' need a book!
good choices. I like PAul Richard better than Ricahrd paul. I like the father's name as the middle name.

For a girl Lily Paige is a good choice. Can you keep the P as the middle name or is it supposed to be the first name?
Rebekah Paige is good too.

Re: Do youhave your future children named already?

I have like a million girls names picked out but my recent favorites are
Ella, Rita, Isabella, Charolette, Madeline.
As for I find it harder picking out names. I was toying with the idea of DH's middle name which is Howard. I would call him Howie for short!

P.S. If DH knew I was naming our future children he would just do this

Re: Do youhave your future children named already?

DH and I agree on Gabrielle, no middle name yet.

DH likes Gabriel, but I'm not feeling it. I like Alexander, DH said it's ok. I know I want the middle name to be Charles bc it was my grandfather's middle name.

Re: Do youhave your future children named already?

I am a big believer in naming a baby when you see it, so you can see if the name fits the face, but I also have names that I like.

Gabriella Krystyna (Polish spelling of Christina), Allegra Grace (DH says no because we can't name a kid after an allergy medicine, although I have loved the name long before the drug was popular)

Joseph Christopher, Vincent Joseph,

The biblical spelling is actually Rebekah. I do love the name (although I might be biased ) but people spell my name wrong constantly and it always bothers me. For some reason Rebbeca is logical to people.

Anyway, for a I used to want Luke Edward after my grandfather and father, but DH's nephew is Lucas so its too close for my liking.

For a I love the name Elizabeth.
