Do your research!!

So, I'm not very far a long in my planning (RH and Florist), but I'm learning a very big lesson...Do your research!!

We ended up booking our Florist on the spot, which is something I wasn't prepared to do at the time. I was actually very nervous, because we didn't visit any other florists or get any prices. But the deal that they gave me sounded sooo good, we couldn't pass it up. (I did do my research after we signed our contract and we did end up getting a great deal).

It's funny how all of the vendors say 'is there anything I can do to make you want to sign your contract today?'. Blah, Blah, Blah....and then they keep throwing things in, etc. They don't like taking 'no', or 'We need to think about it' as an answer.

We visited one photographer that was just like this, but luckily we didn't allow ourselves to be pressured.

Well, the whole point of this rant is because I got two quotes for a cigar roller and let me tell you...One was reasonable and the other was twice as expensive as the other!

Always get more than 1 quote and do your research!

i'm researching hair stylists right now while i wait for my makeup choice to get back to me...and wow, it's so true that there are some reasonable prices and then some people who charge almost twice as much
