Suddenly my mom is thinking it might be worth the $$$ depending on what the $$$ is and what they do. It might be to late to get one, but I figured I would ask you ladies.

Please advise.

I'm using Vanessa from By Your Side Events...I believe she is $600 or $650. She does...like EVERYTHING haha. She is the contact person for all my vendors the whole week before the wedding, she sets up a whole schedule and sends it to them so they know what's happening when. She makes sure everything shows up on time, that everything looks as close to the way I envisioned it as possible. She comes to the final dress fitting and to the rehearsal so she knows how to bustle my dress and knows all the important people that will be at the wedding. She is the point person for any and all problems that arise on the big day so that I don't have to deal with any stress (and neither does my mom or MOH). She's also been available by email since the second I've booked her, and she is coming to my RH with us at the end of the month so she can get a feel for the space and be able to advise me on aesthetics more easily

Because of her I will be able to actually relax the week before my wedding after almost a year and a half of planning it. I FULLY RECOMMEND HAVING A DOC!!!!!

I am using Ryan from Above & Beyond Events. She's wonderful! I met with her once a few months ago when we booked her (along with my MOH) and we decided we would have her at the Rehearsal Dinner as well, since none of us have any idea how a wedding is supposed to work (ok, I don't... I've never been in a wedding before!) and we're not getting married at a church or anything. So she'll be at the RD and will know who all the 'important' people are. She's going to help keep my dad and mom away from each other too! (A HUGE help since they do NOT get along.)

She's going to help with the timeline of the day of the wedding, be the go-to person for all the vendors, make sure everything is set up just how I want it to be (I'm a tiny bit of a control freak), and solve any problems that come up especially that day.

We are also using Ryan from Above and Beyond Events. The total for us was $450.

She does all the same stuff the other girls mentioned.

I would reccomend this, especially if you are getting married at another location other than the RH. We are getting married at the church and if we decide to have FMIL make the pew decorations, then Ryan will decorate that for us. If you are doing everything at your hall then you will have a bridal attendant. So it all depends. but I do recommend having one!
