I am using Leane from Above and Beyond - ryan wasn't aval on my day. Responsibilities include:
1) she's makes all the final calls with vendors
2) she is the contact person for them and is the one taking calls from them on the day of
3) she keeps people's issues, problems, and unforseen hiccups away from you
4) gives out tipping envelopes
5) packs up all ur stuff at the RH and makes sure everything is where it belongs.
