I am so frustrtated with my DOC! I expected with weddings being all about the details that she would pay attention to them!! I get a preliminary timeline and there are a ton of mistakes including me and my mom leaving the house to go to the church at 2PM- not only is the time wrong, but my mom passed away and I had told her that it was just my dad! So I make all the corrections and weeks later I finally get a revision and there are still mistakes! Tell me how do me and my dad leave the house at 230 and arrive at 215? Is my Rolls really a time machine and I don't know it?? I paid 1650 for DOC plus some help with the planning. They say you get what you pay for and I was expecting a lot better!! Anyone else having problems with there's? The wedding is less than 4 weeks away- a DOC was supposed to lessen my stress not add to it! Thanks for listening to anyone who read this.

if she's causing so much stress, i'd speak to her about it and try to un-book her. like you said, a DOC is supposed to lessen stress, not add to it. She's clearly not doing her job, so you clearly shouldn't be paying her.

THIS...I wish I had done this, my DOC was not helpful AT ALL and all it did was add unnecessary stress to my day

Is she with a company? Can you see if you can switch to someone else. This is crazy that she is getting these things wrong.

No No No, talk to her and let her know the problems! Also let her know you will not be using her services anymore and request a refund. Ask LIW if there is a DOC they would recommend. You are paying her waaayyyyy too much for her to make all those mistakes!!!

Yikes! i am sorry you are having to deal with this so close to your wedding! I can't believe that she wouldn't remember that your mom had passed away and put it in your timeline...that's seems a bit insensitive to me. I would call her and speak with her and if you don't feel any better with the situation, then I would stop working with her. FM me is you want the name of a great DOC. Good luck!!

Thanks everyone. I just had an hour long conversation with her. As I had somewhat suspected, it was not her, but someone she recently hired that put together the timeline. She took 100% of the blame for not doing a better job looking it over. Apparently this person has made alot of mistakes and wont be with her much longer. She assurred me that the rest of the way, no one but her will touch anything that has to do with my wedding. I am feeling much better about the situation, I just needed to address it instead of keeping my mouth shut which is what I tend to do. It was a difficult call to make- I dread any kind of confrontation- but I am glad I did it! Your support really helped me!!!
