I also had a problem with my church not providing direction cards. They originally told me they did so I left their address off of the invites.
When they faxed me an 8 1/2' X 11' direction sheet (which also didn't have their address on it) I almost died!
I know I could have made them myself but I have been sooo busy. I emailed my DOC Christine from EAP and she asked what color cardstock, what font etc. I told her I didn't care and I emailed her the directions. She made them in no time and they are soooo nice!!!!
Picking them up from her was the first time I actually met her (though we've been corresponding for months) She is the sweetest person EVER!!!
I am so thankful that she was able to make them up so quickly and professionally for me. Kudos to her!!! She saved me me headaches and stress!!!
