My DOC says there is no need for tips - I do feel though that I will be tipping everyone else - I should most definately tip her
But I was thinking instead of money maybe a gift card??
What do you girls think and if you are in the same situation what are you doing?

on my contract it says that tips are well appreciated, so I will be tipping like all my other vendors

I would just give her a tip because I don't know of any vendors that have outright asked for a tip but we are still tipping them. If you don't feel comfortable giving a monetary tip then I think a gift card is fine. She should appreciate anything you give...
