So I went to the doctor, and he didnt think it was a good Idea to spinal tap me. However he did talk about putting a shunt in my back. I was not very interested in doing that... I am a BIG scardy cat..
So for now I have to work my ass off to loose more weight (i am excersing like a maniac) and taking my mediacation EVERYDAY.. if It works then im good, if not then i will have to have this shunt put in...
I am hoping the weight loss helps.

I know losing weight is so hard...but hopefully with support from here...we can help you get through it...

Thanks girls.. I am up to 35 minutes on the excersize bike and I have quit smoking for about a month now, so once the weather is nicer I am hopeing to start walking then ultimatly running every morning.. I am really trying to watch the daily intake as far as how much i eat in a day and hopefully this will work...
