Doctor Reccomendations

Ladies...you guys are always helpful with doctor recco's.

I need recco's for a couple of Dr.'s. Two are because I'm moving out to Farmingville soon and one is because my effing heel hurts like crazy!

1 - Podiatrist (in Queens or Eastern Suffolk)

2 - GYN (only in Eastern Suffolk)

3 - Primary Care Doctor (only in Eastern Suffolk)

TIA

I'm glad you asked this b/c I will also need a good Primary care doc (ideally a female) in the Eastern Suffolk area (near Centereach). My FSIL is a labor & delivery nurse, so she's going to give me the name of a great OB/GYN I can switch to.

Do you like your Primary care doc? I am not totally against a man as long as he is really nice and doesn't make you feel like he could give a crap less about you LOL (same for the female). My current PCP rushes me out the door and I hate that!

Primary Care - Dr. Muhriel Stehlin in Port Jeff (she is a RPA-C though).

Gyn - I go in Huntington, but I've heard amazing things about Dr. San Roman in Port Jeff.

Re: Doctor Reccomendations

is your podiatrist helping your foot???

Dr. Merckling is a chiropractor in Bellport who worked wonders on my foot, he casted me for custom orthotics, so much cheaper than the podiatrist wanted for them and he has a low level laser that helped tremendously and adjusted the foot and gave me home exercises to do...
100% better now
FM me if you want his info....

How funny is that. I have been his patient since I was 18 yrs. old and his office was in Holbrook - I just wound up moving to Port jeff and so did he !! FYI: I am now 34 years old so I can definitely say that I like my Dr. My entire family goes to him and so do my brothers - in laws now for a few years.
They always get you in for an appt. immediately and the staff is great too ! They accept all insurances. Each job I have had used different insurance and I never had a problem
