How do you address a placecard when both people (husband and wife) are doctors?

Two ways are acceptible:
Drs. John and Mary Jones or

Dr. John Jones
Dr. Mary Jones as two separate lines (same if she kept maiden name)

I think you pluralize it:
Doctors Mary and Joseph Jones
