doe anyone have a good recipe for

turkey meatloaf...everytime I try a recipe....it never comes out good and I'm feeling for it badly.

i usually just put oregano, 1 egg, seasoned breadcrumbs, a splash of milk and some tomato paste or ketchup. to make it really juicy though, i chop up in the magic bullet onions, celery and carrots and throw it in there too. and sometimes adobo.

1.5 lbs of turkey
3 eggs
2-3 cups of breadcrumbs italian seasoned
generous amount of parsley
splash of worchestire(sp?) sauce
1 onion diced up

make 2 thin loaves and put ketchup in between the two stacked on top of each other- mold together and then ketcup on top

1/2 onion in thin long slices on top of meatloaf
