This Tx Gal doesn't like Line Dancing. I do like two stepping with the twirls and flips and the Waltz.

I LOVE Country Music. My Favorite group is SHeDAISY, and I also love Big and Rich, Brad Paisley, and Brooks and Dunn.

I prefer, however, when they keep the politics and religion OUT of the music. Whenever I hear a song that has politics and/or religion in it, I MUST change the station.

This basically means that I won't listen to Toby Keith or Craig Morgan. And Tim McGraw's new song too.

HUGE COUNTRY FAN!!! Saw Brad Paisley for the second time last month. (He was with another of my favorites sara evans)

I hate Tim McGraws new song too. I don't like religion or politics in my music.

I love country, I went to college in Tampa and bartended at a country bar, I learned so many songs and line dances.

I think the Dixie Chicks are so talented. I went to the George Strait music festival and had a great time.

My dad loves country music, so I grew up listening to it. I don't listen to it much on my own, but I don't mind it either. It has sentimental value to me.

Re: Does anybody else love country music?

I grew up in TN. about 20 min. from Severiville where Dolly Parton grew up (and yes, I used to have a season pass to Dollywood! ). Then, I lived in Nashville from the age of 17-22. I think that growing up in such a country music town I rebelled and never listened to it. I always thought that it was funny when people found out I was a singer their first question was 'Do you sing country?' . I was young and my reply was always 'No! I am training to be an opera singer.' Well, fastforward several years. I was cast in a show called 'Honkey Tonk Angels'. It was a show that was full of country music older and newer. I LOVED doing it. Now, I love to listen and sing country music!!!! We are actually going to Nashville this weekend!
