The quotes of $110 to $175 sound about right - they will charge you for the rental of the candelabra (about $20 - $25 each) and then for the floral arrangement, and that price will vary depending upon what type of flowers and how many flowers. We are doing something similar with a low candelabra that we bought so the guests can take it home with them. The quotes we were given for the floral arrangements ranged from $35 to about $75 each, but you can always go higher.
I'd check with Jack and Rose. We are getting high centerpieces with 24 roses for under $75 and we were able to use any stand we wanted (including the candlebra). I think the picture you have has 36 roses. I'd definately check them out.
