Does anybody order Proactiv

I bought it in Jan. and now I am trying to order again. They charged my account but I just received an e-mail saying that they couldn't process my order because their website only has a first time users offer and I have to call a Customer Service number...Anybody had this problem with them?

I used to order it and never had a problem, but i wanted to give you a little tip, which can save you a lot of $$.

If you look at the active ingredients in Proactiv and you look at the active ingredients in Clean-n-Clear Continuous Control Acne Cleanser in the purple tube, they are the same. And it costs $6 a bottle. It worked for me for about 5 years until my skin changed as I got older.

Is there a whole system to use with clean and clear? I was using Mary Kay but thought I would try Proactiv (it was ALL the success stories that got me on it)

They do have a whole system....astringent, moisturizer etc etc.....it worked VERY well for me. If you go to the local drugstore chains, they should have it.

I use Proactive, and I never had a problem.

I have never had a problem w/ ordering. I have an auto order and pay the bill when they send it. I just use the cleanser though. I love the granuels in it, I really feel as if it's getting all those dead skin cells off. Does anyone know of a drugstore product that has that?

I used to use it & cancelled in september & just got an order a few weks ago. APparently they changed my order to every 6 motnhs instead of cancellignit & whne i called they said if i returned it, i'd be refunded all but the shipping.

I had to forcefully expalin that i shoudln't have to pay the shippign on soemthing i didn't order in the first place &eventually she changed. it

They were a little ridiculous--being all sweet & asking me why I chose to cancell- I refused to answer , b/c I answered that 6 months ago & I just wanted to get off the phone!
